The Villa Alhamar Residence Center is designed to accommodate people of the third age, ready to make the most of their rest, and also for those people who need help to perform basic daily activities.

The Center usually has places in a double and single room, and places for valid persons and assisted people, may be for weeks, or indefinite stay.

- Electronic camera with anti-mite mattress
- Electronic surveillance system
The price depends on the type of room and the degree of dependence. The stay equal or superior to 15 days is charged proportionally to the monthly price, the stay less than 15 days for single days.
